Photography Release & Liability Waiver

I am voluntarily participating in an outdoor photography session and understand that natural environments may include uneven ground, weather conditions, and other minor risks. I accept full responsibility for myself and my child(ren) during the session.

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of any child(ren) attending and am solely responsible for their supervision, safety, and behavior at all times.

I agree to release and hold harmless Child of God Collective, its photographers, assistants, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I grant permission for photographs taken during the session to be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless I indicate otherwise below.

If I do not wish for images to be used, I will notify the team in writing prior to my session.
